Funds added to your Frumzi balance must originate from a payment instrument held in your own name and may not be used as a money-transfer or currency-conversion mechanism.

All wagers placed on games offered through the platform are final once confirmed by the server, except where a documented technical malfunction is later established by Frumzi or its providers.

Withdrawal requests are processed after identity verification is complete and after any pending wagering obligations linked to bonuses have been fully satisfied.

Promotional offers

Complaints and governing law

Customers who experience an issue should first contact the Frumzi support team, who will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe according to the complexity of the matter.

If a resolution cannot be reached internally, the dispute may be escalated to the Anjouan Gaming Authority, whose decisions on licensed operator conduct apply under the law of the Union of the Comoros.
